Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and execute an innovative sales strategy to drive revenue growth and sustainable client relationships.
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and embody an entrepreneurial, solutions-focused sales culture.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to establish and grow a progressive business development function, creating scalable channels and identifying potential partnership opportunities.
  • Proactively scout for new market opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships and nurturing meaningful relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Past startup experience and an entrepreneurial mindset are highly valued.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the wine industry and ability to build lasting relationships within the NY Wine Business.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role with at least 10 years in sales and business development.
  • A strong track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance.
