Key Responsibilities
- Drive beverage sales and service, ensuring seamless execution of our comprehensive beverage program.
- Collaborate with the Beverage Manager and Chefs to develop and maintain a dynamic beverage experience.
- Provide expert guidance on wine, spirits, and other beverages, enhancing the overall dining experience.
- Develop strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and driving repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, continually expanding your knowledge and expertise.
- Work closely with the FOH Managers to refine beverage service standards, ensuring excellence in every interaction.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant as a Sommelier or wine-focused service professional.
- Strong foundation in wine knowledge, with a passion for learning and growing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, resolving guest conflicts with poise and professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and adapt, with a commitment to growth and development.
