Escrow Closer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to join our team at PulteGroup, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing tasks related to settlement operations, retail transactions, and acting as a liaison between all parties to the transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of the settlement transactions, including preparation and approval of Settlement Statements, preparation and coordination of deeds, and verification of accuracy of loan documents.
• Act as a liaison between homebuyers, mortgage companies, accounting departments, and other areas within the Title & Escrow Process.
• Obtain signatures for closing transactions, explain all documents executed as needed, and facilitate questions/answers between parties to the transaction.
• Follow Escrow Accounting Business Practice Guidelines, including collection and disbursement of funds while complying with required State and Federal Good Funds statutes.
• Review escrow quality assurance reports and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure compliance with required business policy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or Assistant Escrow Officer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Demonstrates proactive initiative and self-motivation to drive tasks and projects forward independently.

Working Conditions: This position is office-based, requiring in-office attendance five days a week to foster team collaboration and ensure direct customer engagement.
