Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Therapeutic Support Technician to join our team at Kids Thrive. As a key member of our outpatient program, you will play a vital role in supporting the therapeutic milieu and providing individual therapeutic behavioral services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver daily therapeutic services to assigned caseload, including individual and group sessions
  • Collaborate with therapists and other providers to ensure seamless program delivery
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation of provided services
  • Collect and analyze data to inform quality and program performance measures
  • Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans to promote positive outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college
  • Previous experience working with children in a mental health or education setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team
