About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our flagship store for a high-profile celebrity coffee brand. As a pioneering leader, you will set the standard for excellence in customer service, beverage quality, and overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience:
    • Deliver personalized service to every customer, ensuring a unique and memorable experience.
    • Establish clear expectations and goals for the team, guiding them to deliver exceptional customer interactions.
    • Hold a strong belief in the necessity of excelling in both product quality and hospitality.
  • Leadership & Team Development:
    • Strategically hire and staff the team, maintaining optimal levels and adjusting to business trends and demands.
    • Cultivate a highly engaged, dedicated team of baristas and guest experience specialists, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
    • Take initiative, making informed decisions with agility and confidence in a fast-paced environment.
    • Create a positive, supportive workplace, advocating for team development and promoting individual growth and career progression.
  • Operations:
    • Uphold excellence in the store's visual presentation, ensuring the store consistently reflects the brand's high standards.
    • Oversee staff scheduling and closely monitor payroll, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
    • Manage all aspects of inventory for the store, including efficient par management and loss prevention.
    • Ensure the store team adheres to all company policies, procedures, and directives.
    • Manage the store's financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation.
  • Event Leadership & Collaborations:
    • Successfully lead and execute in-store events and collaborations with the leadership team and other parties.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience successfully leading a business in a high-growth environment within hospitality or consumer brands.
  • In-depth knowledge and genuine passion for specialty coffee, with a strong understanding of the industry's trends.
  • Successful track record of building, managing, and developing high-performing hospitality teams.
  • All necessary food handlers' qualifications.
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
