  • Provide administrative support to the pharmacy department, including word processing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with financial transactions, including order processing and invoice management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain office spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, supply management, and meeting coordination.
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Work with the 340B Coordinator and Pharmacy Regulatory Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform audits and area inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with clinical quality measurement, including data abstraction and reporting.
Requirements
  • College degree in business or computer sciences, or equivalent experience in a healthcare clinical environment.
  • Licensed as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician In Training in the applicable state(s) of practice.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician designation within one year of employment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
