Key Responsibilities- Change Management Framework: Implement and uphold the ITIL change management framework, ensuring all IT changes are thoroughly documented, reviewed, approved, and executed.
- Change Planning: Develop detailed change plans that encompass risk assessments, impact analyses, and communication strategies for all proposed changes.
- Change Advisory Board (CAB): Facilitate regular CAB meetings to evaluate and approve changes, ensuring the participation of relevant stakeholders in the decision-making process.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain precise and current records of all changes, including requests, approvals, and post-implementation evaluations.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage potential risks linked to changes, taking proactive steps to mitigate service disruptions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and senior management, regarding change-related activities.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and enforce adherence to ITIL change management policies and procedures.
- Post-Implementation Reviews: Conduct reviews after implementation to evaluate the success and impact of changes, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Training Programs: Provide training and awareness initiatives for staff to ensure comprehension and compliance with change management processes.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the effectiveness and efficiency of change management.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT change management.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
- Excellent project management capabilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving proficiency.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic IT environment.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
- ITIL certification (ITIL Expert or ITIL Master preferred).
