Job Description

At pureIntegration, we are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing change management strategies and activities associated with various client projects and initiatives within the US and internationally.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and collaborative individual with a strong understanding of change management methodologies, processes, and tools. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition, foster user adoption, and minimize resistance during the change process.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Applying change management methodology, processes, and tools to support adoption of changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Supporting operational readiness planning, assessment, and implementation activities, including stakeholder management, impact assessments, communications, user experience, UAT, and training support.
  • Leading analysis and design of existing and new business processes that span multiple areas of the organization, including customer operations, sales operations, marketing, training, finance, and legal.
  • Leading/participating in backlog management and prioritization for their projects.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of specific project(s) under their responsibility and building relevant technical acumen.
  • Leading the management of cross-functional relationships, including indirect management of teams involved in project lifecycle (development, testing, etc.).
  • Leading the design of medium to large-sized project(s) and creating a proposed future state design, using empathy to account for people impacts.
  • Developing scalable processes to support and benefit company initiatives.
  • Deconstructing technical concepts and metrics to facilitate process development.
  • Helping to define success metrics for each new system or process and establishing a plan to track, monitor, and measure the success of those metrics.
  • Completing assessments of business processes and documenting each of the following areas: problem statements, change impacts, process flows, gap analyses, and solution recommendations.
  • Developing repeatable and scalable plans and processes to speed time to market and improve operational efficiency.
  • Interacting closely with matrixed cross-functional teams (both field and corporate) to secure alignment.
  • Diagnosing, correcting, and documenting issues, risks, and problems using Quality Assurance (QA) practices.

Qualifications include:

  • Understanding of our Operating Principles and making them the guidelines for how you do your job.
  • Ownership of the customer experience, thinking and acting in ways that put our customers first, giving them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and making them promoters of our products and services.
  • Knowledge of our game-changing technology, products, and services, especially our digital tools and experiences.
  • Active participation in the Net Promoter System, a way of working that brings more employee and customer feedback into the company, by joining huddles, making call backs, and helping us elevate opportunities to do better for our customers.
  • Proven experience in change management within medium to large-scale transformation projects (e.g., systems migration, process changes).
  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
  • Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and engage with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in training and development for large user groups.
  • Experience with the following applications/systems is a plus:
    • Dimensions (UKG) Application suite e.g., Time and Attendance, Payroll, HR
    • ADP Globalview Payroll
    • Workforce Management, Financial and HR ERP systems
    • Cable Billing Platforms (e.g., CSG billing system)
    • ServiceNow Platform
