Position Overview:
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Client Support Specialist to enhance their operations.

Daily Responsibilities:
Client Assistance:

Your role will involve aiding clients in managing their operations through our solutions, which may include diagnosing and resolving payroll-related challenges.

This support may also require collaboration with various departments to ensure a smooth client experience.

Continuous Learning:

You will consistently enhance your expertise in payroll, encompassing federal and state regulations, standard procedures, administrative practices, and support tools to effectively assist our clients.


Organizational Skills:

You will maintain a structured daily routine and organize your tasks to handle a significant volume of incoming calls. Expect increased call volume during peak periods.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of payroll and taxation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree

Benefits for this position will commence on the 31st day of employment, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA options, along with access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching.

Employees in this role are also eligible for paid sick leave and other paid time off as mandated by law.
