Job Description
Permanent Hire - On-site Position.

We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to join our client's team. This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and is highly skilled in building strong customer relationships to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of innovative tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique business needs and ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process to ensure seamless adoption of the company's digital products and solutions.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to help customers maximize the value of the products.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing insights and feedback with the product and engineering teams to help shape future development.
  • Proactively manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the customer portfolio.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role within a tech or SaaS environment, ideally in a startup setting.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, digital products, and cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to solve problems proactively and manage complex client relationships.
