Position Summary:

The Senior Loyalty Program Manager will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of the HawaiianMiles program. This includes creating tailored benefits for various member segments, enhancing member engagement, and establishing a robust infrastructure to support program initiatives. The role also involves overseeing the daily operations of the HawaiianMiles member and elite programs, ensuring compliance with established rules and efficient administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement the HawaiianMiles strategy, focusing on member benefits and growth initiatives.
  • Oversee the management of program rules and administrative processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Handle the daily operations of HawaiianMiles member and elite programs.
  • Identify and resolve recurring issues affecting high-value customers in collaboration with various departments and partners.
  • Develop partnership strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals for key partnerships.
  • Manage the P&L for HawaiianMiles partnerships, establishing parameters for the accrual and redemption of miles.
  • Strengthen relationships with key revenue-generating partners to enhance program value.
  • Analyze and present insights on program performance and partnership effectiveness to the management team.
  • Mentor and develop direct reports to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years in marketing, partnership management, or program management.
  • At least two years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing substantial budgets with demonstrated P&L accountability.
  • Proven track record of launching programs or partnerships successfully and within budget.
  • Strong project management skills with an emphasis on accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of loyalty program economics and accounting methods.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant applications.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside of standard business hours as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the airline industry or loyalty program management.
