Job Title: Client Care Manager

At Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Client Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, businesses, and community groups to promote our services and generate sales leads.
  • Develop and implement customized care plans to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct presentations and in-services to community groups and professional staff to promote our services and educate them about our care options.
  • Participate in health fairs, awareness days, and other community events to promote our brand and services.
  • Join and attend area networking and chamber groups to build relationships and promote our services.
  • Seek out and develop marketing opportunities in the community to promote our services and grow our business.
  • Establish working relationships with healthcare professionals in the territory to promote our services and support our clients.
  • Monitor program growth and track marketing success to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Present well to clients and peers, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of healthcare in home and institutional settings.
  • Be comfortable with closing and asking for business, with excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Have basic knowledge of office and typing skills, good writing and creative skills, good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and its various applications, with a willingness to be trained in computer programs specific to our environment.
  • Have a basic understanding of medical terminology relating to the senior population and rehabilitative care, with a willingness to obtain certifications within the first 6 months of hire.
  • Require a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
