We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Connect n Care ABA. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in the life of individuals with autism, using the techniques proven through the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to reduce, redirect, and even eliminate behaviors.

Connect n Care ABA is a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to providing stellar ABA services. Our primary mission is to enable individuals on the Autism Spectrum to lead healthy and independent lives.
Our qualified and professional team of BCBAs and RBTs use their expertise and knowledge to develop comprehensive ABA behavior treatment plans to improve the social, communication, adaptive living, and behavioral aspects of each individual client. We strive to change as many lives as possible, with no limits on age, location, income, level of disability, or anything else.
POSITION DETAILS
As an ABA Therapist, you will:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments.
- Follow an individualized treatment plan tailored by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to address and improve deficits.
- Implement behavior plans created by the BCBA.
- Collect data through observation and submit detailed session notes.
- Participate in training and team meetings.
- Collaborate with supervisors and peers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be willing and able to travel to clients' homes, schools, or other community-based locations to provide services.
- Experience working with children or related experience required.
- Related experience includes working with children, individuals with autism, individuals with disabilities, paraprofessional, special education, teacher assistance, classroom aide, early childhood, childcare, nanny, babysitter, direct care worker, direct support specialist, therapeutic staff support, home care, behavior support, behavior interventionist, or healthcare/pediatrics.
- Professional or personal experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
- Minimum educational requirement of a High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have completed the online 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training course OR must complete it within the first 30 days of employment.
- RBT certification through the BACB not required but a plus.
- Effective written and oral communication skills required.
- Must commit to a schedule, have strong attendance, and a strong work ethic.
- Must have reliable transportation with a current and clear driver's license.
- Must pass a criminal background check including child abuse clearances.
