Job Summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled HR Service Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our HR service center, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries, issues, and work requests related to HR administration and transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inquiries, requests, and cases to closure, while escalating complex cases to the appropriate specialist or COE.
  • Provide accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, including basic administration processing and approval of transactions, data input, and verification of required documentation.
  • Utilize knowledge base tools to provide consistent answers to customers and educate caregivers on company practices and tools.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customers' needs and identify and resolve their issues, anticipating future needs by explaining and suggesting additional information.
  • Meet key performance measures such as first call resolution, average answer speed, and call quality.
Requirements
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
  • Two years of customer service experience required; applicable human resources service delivery experience preferred.
  • Proficient in general word processing and spreadsheet skills, as well as HR systems and call center technology tools.
Working Conditions

This is a remote opportunity, but qualified candidates must be in the Northeast Ohio area. The position is a Temporary role that could last up until March 2025, but this date is not a guarantee and could end sooner.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $16.47 - $23.61 per hour. Cleveland Clinic offers a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
