Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Five Star Call Centers. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage high volumes of inbound calls with ease and efficiency
  • Utilize company resources to provide accurate and effective solutions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Participate in efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain quality

Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
  • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred
  • Technical savvy with ability to use multiple browsers and systems
  • Previous experience with CRM systems a plus

What We Offer:

  • Starting pay - $14/hr plus shift differential
  • Shifts between 8:00am-6:30pm (EST) ; Work Days - M-F
  • Paid Training - typically 4 weeks in length from 9:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri (EST)
