Job Responsibilities

  • Assist and educate guests in achieving their wellness goals with exceptional guest service.
  • Market our services through social media and attend community events.
  • Continuously educate ourselves on our products and services.
  • Work as a team with other employees and maintain safety protocols within the center.

Requirements

  • Action-oriented and customer service-driven individual.
  • Ambitious, upbeat, confident, honest, detailed, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 12-30 hours a week with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to comprehend and pass a number of iCRYO designed service exams following initial training.
  • Maintain good time management skills, good judgment, and ability to multi-task.
  • Display exceptional guest experience skills, handle and resolve guest issues to maintain guest loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company including sales goals.
  • Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Maintain an environment of trust, communicate efficiently with managers and peers.
  • Must be able to complete ongoing and continued education.
  • Maintain a clean environment, uphold company standards.
