Senior Community Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Community Manager to join our team at Guardian Management. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our affordable multifamily community, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our property meets all ownership goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all property operations in compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws.
- Develop and maintain annual budgets, analyze financial statements, and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate leasing efforts, including reviewing tenant billings, analyzing lease clauses, and preparing vacancy reports.
- Direct the day-to-day activities of other property staff, including hiring, evaluating performance, coaching, and disciplining as needed.
- Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships between departments and with coworkers.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least three years of experience managing an affordable multifamily community.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong mathematical skills and basic understanding of property budgets and financial accounting.
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner, both verbally and in writing.
