Job Title: Clinical Supervisor - Collaborative Care Team

Columbia Community Mental Health (CCMH) is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities. We uphold our values in authenticity and commitment to quality care.

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide therapeutic services to adults. Our Collaborative Care Team serves high case management needs, high acuity symptoms, or frequent crisis needs. Services include therapy, case management, skills training, medication management and addictions focused counseling.

The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the program, the team and provide side by side supervision. This role requires a Master's degree in psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college, licensure (LCSW or LPC), and three to five years related work experience.
