Marketing and Communications Professional

Skookum Contract Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Intern to join our team. As a Marketing and Communications Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of dynamic projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience in multiple facets of communications and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in creating marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Assist in writing, editing, and developing messages, stories, and speeches for various audiences.
- Collaborate with a close-knit, multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Assist with digitally archiving various forms of media, including photos, videos, and documents.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to internal and external customer service.
- Currently pursuing a BA/BS in Marketing and Communications, or a closely related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer data management and word processing skills, with experience in social media and content management systems.
- Valid state driver's license, with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Skookum's insurance.
- Flexible start and end times, with a combination of remote and in-person work arrangements.
- Professional development, certifications, and training opportunities, with a focus on career advancement and job training.
