Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to perform the following duties with energy and passion:

  • Process AR/AP batches, ensuring each batch is for one store only.
  • Match invoice total amounts to receiver totals and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Count cash tills and make bank deposits.
  • Respond to phone calls.
  • File invoices.
Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to schedules and deadlines, and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player. They should also have basic math skills, proficiency in Excel, and strong people/customer service skills. Additionally, they must be responsible for quality work, manage time effectively, maintain attendance, and adhere to a proper business casual dress code.

Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with an insurable motor vehicle record.
  • Pass a criminal background check clear of felonies within the past 10 years.
  • Successfully complete pre-employment DOT/Non-DOT drug screening and maintain clean random drug screens throughout employment.
Working Hours

This position is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
