Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Novolex. This role involves coordinating logistics operations, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily shipping activities, including creating outbound shipment reports and allocating orders in the ERP system.
  • Support the Customer Service Group by providing delivery confirmations and invoice verifications.
  • Participate in planning and setting up in-bound replenishment orders to ensure a timely and efficient flow of finished goods.
  • Analyze the flow of open orders and determine the best method of transportation based on customer requirements and quality of service.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of Logistics experience, warehouse operations, and forklift driving.
  • Proficient computer skills: MS Office, Word, Excel is required.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with periods of walking, sitting, and/or lifting, a maximum of 50 pounds, infrequently.
  • Ability to pass certification and safely operate all necessary mobile equipment.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $25.38 per hour, which translates to approximately $52,800 per year. However, this figure may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
