Financial Operations Manager

The City of Fremont's Community Development Department is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Budget and Treasury Division Manager. This position is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and management to the Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the City's financial goals are met.
- Oversee the management of the City's treasury functions, including investments and cash management.
- Provide financial analysis and advice to the City's management team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a local government setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
