About the Role

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients. This role requires a strong foundation in occupational therapy principles, practices, and ethics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and promote independence.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to educate and empower them with techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
  • Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordinate services.
Requirements
  • Current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
  • Current valid CPR certification, preferred.
  • Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Experience: 0-1 years in occupational therapy.
