Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Wooded Glen Health Campus. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their full potential and improve their functional abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
  • Current valid CPR certification, preferred.
