Occupational Therapist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Wooded Glen Health Campus. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and promote independence.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
Requirements:
  • Current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
  • Current valid CPR certification, preferred.
  • Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Experience: 0-1 years in occupational therapy.
