Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist is a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients. This role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities and independence.
  • Collaborate with patients and their families to educate them on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
  • Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • Current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
  • Current valid CPR certification, preferred.
