Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment. This role requires a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities and independence.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, such as exercises, activities, and education, to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordinate services.
  • Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements
  • Current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
  • Current valid CPR certification, preferred.
  • Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Experience: 0-1 years.
