- Lead open communication with team members and stakeholders, including supporting meetings and coordinating project responsibilities.
- Research and communicate technical issues to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and coordinate initial correspondence and updates to project deliverables, working closely with senior staff for approvals.
- Perform office management duties as needed, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of Chicago-area media and transportation news.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to track multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong drafting and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Experience with Deltek is a plus.
