Sales Department Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Department Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Sales Department, you will be responsible for supporting Account Executives in onboarding and rostering limited service hotels for major brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Corporate Customer onboarding teams to provide necessary information and updates.
- Assist in preparing for customer visits and business reviews.
- Surface potential selling opportunities to help set customer strategy.
- Work with new customers to obtain credit applications and necessary documentation.
- Proactively identify opportunities to support AE in driving profit through analytical review of assigned customers.
Requirements:
- Foodservice product knowledge.
- Strong Excel skills, including experience with Dotcom, Sous, Edge, Merlin, PRISM, Tandem, and other internal programs and systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments.
