About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Clear Corporate Services LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and seeding revenue creation in our Healthcare vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified opportunities via inbound and outbound channels
  • Use prospecting strategies (email, calling, social selling, etc.) to lead initial outreach to prospects
  • Identify the needs / challenges of the prospective customer and how Clear can be a solution
  • Schedule exploratory meetings for Sales and Business Development Executives
  • Exceed opportunity generation and pipeline revenue targets

  • Exceeding opportunity generation targets
  • Exceeding pipeline revenue generation targets
  • Maximizing revenue booked from meetings generated
  • Successfully becoming a product expert on Clear's suite of identity solutions
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
  • Work collaboratively with multiple groups in a variety of settings and be able to listen, articulate positions, and advocate
  • Experience leveraging sales engagement tools (i.e. Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for prospecting
  • Ability to utilize Salesforce to track all activities and make data-driven decisions
What We Offer

At Clear Corporate Services LLC, we offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary range of $65,000 - $80,000, depending on levels of skills and experience. Our total rewards package also includes annual bonuses, commission, and Restricted Stock Units.
