Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Coordinator to join our team at Mental Health Association in Ulster County, Inc.

About the Role

The Residential Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting adults with mental illness and substance abuse behaviors in our residential programs. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with a competitive hourly rate of $19.20, plus additional pay differential for evening schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to enhance the functioning levels and quality of life of our clients.
  • Provide case management services, teaching life skills, and facilitating support team meetings.
  • Ensure clients receive proper medical care and link them with vocational and educational opportunities in the community.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma and a passion for working with adults with mental health and substance abuse behaviors.
  • Excellent writing, computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A clean, valid NYS driver's license with 3 years of driving experience.
