Job Summary:

The Arc Mid-Hudson is seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to manage the Palmer/House 2 residence. As a Residential Program Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining agency program standards, providing coaching, instruction, and supervision of staff. You will support and encourage individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, providing interaction and choices for activities that support a meaningful day. This role requires strong managerial experience, excellent communication skills, and flexibility. A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities is required. Experience working in an Intermediate Care Facility is a plus. Responsibilities:

* Maintain agency program standards and provide coaching, instruction, and supervision of staff
* Support and encourage individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
* Provide interaction and choices for activities that support a meaningful day
* Assist with daily life skills, including personal hygiene

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, or related field
* Management experience
* Computer skills
* Acceptable NYS Driver's License
