Key Responsibilities:

Project Design and Oversight:

  • Employ AutoCAD/Civil3D to design, detail, and coordinate projects of small to medium scale, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers and CAD technicians.

Client and Team Collaboration:

  • Act as the main liaison with clients, contractors, and various design disciplines. Participate in project meetings throughout the design and construction phases.

Quality Assurance and Administrative Duties:

  • Conduct quality control assessments of produced work, guaranteeing precision and compliance with standards. Assist in project construction administration, including review of shop drawings, responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), and field observations.

Financial Oversight:

  • Track project budgets and evaluate client invoices. Be prepared to work additional hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in SITE DEVELOPMENT, LAND DEVELOPMENT, or INFRASTRUCTURE.
  • At least 1 year of experience with a PE license.
  • Familiarity with Civil3D, StormCAD, FlowMaster, WaterCAD, AutoTurn.
  • Demonstrated interest in participating in company initiatives.
  • Experience in construction fieldwork.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
