  • Provide weekly progress updates to stakeholders and management personnel.
  • Lead surveying activities, including staff, technical resources, and client interactions.
  • Implement quality control measures, safety protocols, and assurance procedures.
  • Articulate the company's Integrated Business Model in business development dialogues.
  • Lead business expansion initiatives to cultivate partnerships with new and existing clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and foster enduring relationships.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure accountability for project profitability.
  • Prepare and review project billing reports for timely invoicing.
  • Foster the company's market presence and leadership.
  • Champion team development initiatives and oversee contract preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a distinguished track record of business development and leadership.
  • Possess 8+ years of surveying experience, with a preference for PLS certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Exceptional communication, diplomacy, and listening skills.
  • Proficiency in deciphering and analyzing complex documents and drawings.
  • Adeptness in computer operations, technical software, spreadsheets, and other business applications.

Compensation: $110,000-$135,000/year (depending on experience level)
