In addition, you will oversee the office budget and manage supply orders. The ideal candidate will possess extensive management experience, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit.
Compensation:$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate team meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Adapt to the dynamic needs of the real estate team and provide support as necessary.
- Organize filing systems and assist team members with contract-related tasks, including title examinations and commission executions.
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties, monitor office expenses, and ensure adherence to the monthly budget.
- Procure office supplies as needed and maintain office equipment.
- Proficient in general computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar software.
- A high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of prior experience in office management or a related field.
- Exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills are essential.
- A real estate license is not mandatory, but familiarity with the real estate sector is advantageous.
