About the Role:

Hearst Television is seeking an experienced Account Revenue Strategist to join its sales team. As an Account Revenue Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth across all available platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ad agencies
  • Analyze market trends and develop insights to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Negotiate impressions and rates with clients and ad agencies

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in media or digital sales, or similar sales field
  • Experience with the development of new business/non-traditional business
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience in a consultative customer-focused business atmosphere
  • Accountability within a goal-structured organization
  • Must be a team player
  • Experience selling to business owners
  • Understand and use qualitative research to further sales effort

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
