This role is designed for a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in government operations. The position is structured as a contract that will initially last for 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
Eligibility: Candidates must possess either US Citizenship or a Green Card.
Work Schedule: The working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
Remote Work: This position is fully remote, although occasional in-person meetings may be required. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Washington D.C., as travel expenses for onsite meetings will not be reimbursed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects with a technical focus.
- Experience in project management within federal or state government settings.
- Familiarity with 508 Compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for daily coordination of project activities and inquiries from the task order team.
- Ensure that all project deliverables comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the task order.
- Facilitate collaboration and secure agreement from all relevant project stakeholders.
