Job Title: Business Analyst/Project Coordinator

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst/Project Coordinator to support our government customer in Washington, DC.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our client. As a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing organizational functioning, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze various aspects of organizational functioning, including management, processes, structure, culture, and performance.
  • Run daily Agile Scrum or Kanban based ceremonies for the team.
  • Identify and follow up on action items to support the development team's success.
  • Coordinate and audit control support for internal and external auditors.
  • Apply organizational and management theory and principles to understand and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Top Secret Clearance.
  • 4 years of minimum experience (some flexibility if the candidate is very strong and/or comes from a larger firm).
  • Logical reasoning abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
