Job Summary

Tunnell Government Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Project Manager to support the execution of multiple research and development programs for the Government BARDA IMT COVID-19 staff. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of relevant industry experience and a strong background in program management, contract management, and acquisition support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide program management and contract management support to the Government BARDA IMT COVID-19 staff.
  • Assist in leading program oversight from inception to transition, focusing on programmatic metrics and milestones.
  • Develop and manage program plans and financial tools to ensure effective oversight of multiple programs and budgets.
  • Analyze and evaluate programs, plans, and metrics to align with BARDA mission and program goals.

Requirements:

  • At least ten years of relevant industry experience.
  • Advanced degree in biological sciences, chemistry, engineering, or related discipline, or public administration, or business management/administration.
  • Relevant industry experience working with government institutions or biopharmaceutical industry experience is beneficial.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent is beneficial but not required.
