Compensation:

Projected earnings range from $80,000 to $125,000 based on commission plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM to ensure all team members have access to current information.
  • Engage with clients through phone calls and emails to facilitate their next home purchase.
  • Assess the team's performance against company objectives by generating monthly and quarterly sales reports.
  • Consistently pursue leads until appointments are secured with a buyer's or listing agent.
  • Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into active clients.
  • Follow up on leads effectively.
  • Execute database marketing campaigns.
  • Generate new leads.
  • Conduct real estate sales activities.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in real estate sales.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid real estate license is required.
  • High school diploma is necessary; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car.
