Our Frontend Platform group has crafted a shared foundation for our micro frontend architecture, making it easier for our teams to work together seamlessly but also independently.

As a member of our Reliability Tooling team, you will:

  • Develop and maintain Reliability Tooling using React/Typescript
  • Own and optimize the workflow to help frontend engineers find and fix customer issues
  • Serve as the domain expert in debugging/fixing/alerting on frontend errors

**Salary**

Cash compensation range: 195600-293400 USD Annually

This includes base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles.

In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs).

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • A strong senior engineer with experience leading small teams
  • A strong collaborator
  • Experience with frontend telemetry observability error monitoring
  • Experience setting up tooling at scale a plus
  • Prefer to fix problems with technology rather than process.
  • Have a proven ability to solve complicated technical problems and analyze trade-offs with deep empathy for the developers they work with.
