About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Quality Staffing Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with experience working with manufacturing automation and robotics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preventative and corrective maintenance plans for all manufacturing equipment, fixturing, tooling, and facilities equipment.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for maintenance tasks, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  • Execute requirements of the company safety program and participate in the safety team.
  • Perform scheduled facilities inspections and document findings.
  • Assist in developing the maintenance budget for the upcoming year.

Requirements:

  • Mid-level experience in mechanical and industrial maintenance.
  • Experience in manufacturing automation and robotics.
  • Experience in electrical, HVAC, pneumatics, and PLC controller work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. to shoulder height.

Work Environment:

This role will be based in Cambridge, Maryland, and will require working Monday through Friday, day shift hours.
