At The Norfolk Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Kitchen and Bath Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our business.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored design solutions.
  • Collaborate with our design team to create innovative and functional designs for kitchens and baths, utilizing precise measurement skills to ensure a proper fit.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in a sales role involving face-to-face customer interactions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of cabinetry construction and design planning.
  • Proficiency in a design software such as 20/20 or AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of trends and materials, color, finishes.
  • Clear, professional communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively resolve problems from design to installation.
  • Ability to foster a team environment, motivate, and teach.
  • Aptitude for calculations (measurements, gross profit).
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications, including Calendar, Word, Excel, and working within a shared folder setup.

Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years in relationship-based sales, preferably in kitchen and bath design.
  • Track record of meeting sales goals and contributing to team success.
  • Knowledge of interior design and building materials is beneficial.
