Responsibilities

As a Kitchen and Bath Designer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and estimating kitchen and bath projects
  • Collaborating with the showroom team and other support teams
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a consistent customer experience
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and margin goals
  • Cultivating lasting relationships with clients and builders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven success in a sales role with face-to-face customer interactions
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of cabinetry construction and design planning
  • Proficiency in design software such as 20/20 or AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of trends and materials, color, and finishes
  • Clear and professional communication skills
Education and Experience

We're looking for candidates with:

  • 3+ years of experience in relationship-based sales, preferably in kitchen and bath design
  • A track record of meeting sales goals and contributing to team success
  • Knowledge of interior design and building materials is beneficial
Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • A valid driver's license for travel to customer sites
  • The ability to perform physical job tasks as needed
  • The ability to articulate, write, and read in English
