Job Title: Account Executive

Interface Americas, Inc is seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including architects, designers, and end-users.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling existing customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on product offerings and market trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities, including sales calls, meetings, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the commercial flooring industry.
  • Strong business acumen, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Work Environment:
  • Frequent travel, primarily within your assigned territory.
  • Some overnight travel may be required for regional and national sales meetings.
  • Primarily working in the field, meeting with customers and prospects.
