About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Design and Sales Professional to join our team at Blackdog Builders, Inc. As a key member of our design and sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping us meet our growth goals while ensuring the Company continues to live by its unique and meaningful Mission and Vision Statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and sell residential remodeling projects to clients
  • Work closely with our design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design and sales processes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in residential design and sales
  • Proficiency in CAD software and strong design skills
  • Substantial experience designing and selling kitchens and baths
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
