About the Role:

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of workplace experience services. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, providing world-class customer service to clients and visitors of a designated building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and cross-training staff.
  • Maintain records of costs incurred by workplace team activities and review invoices as needed.
  • Respond to customer requests and complaints about the experience services department.
  • Approve client materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines, and maintain the integrity of databases and other digital tools associated with service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain vendor partnerships to achieve cost-saving efforts, assist with negotiations for contract services, and confirm vendors have current proof of insurance and contractual documentation.
  • Deliver a world-class orientation experience to new employees, establish new techniques to ensure the team meets its objectives, and enforce safety standards with employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift leader or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions.
  • Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive compensation, with a minimum salary of $45.67 per hour and a maximum salary of $52.88 per hour.
