Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable experience at our venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate venue information and policies to guests, providing clear and concise instructions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Proactively assist guests with their needs, anticipating and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Answer questions about venue programs, such as upgrades and merchandise sales.
- Assist guests with finding their seats, relocating to different areas of the venue, and escorting them to artist meet-and-greets.
- Direct guests to restrooms and concessions, ensuring that lines are moving efficiently.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in our sustainability program, implementing initiatives to conserve resources and reduce waste.
- Partner with other team members to close the venue at the end of events, ensuring that all equipment and materials are properly stored and secured.
- Report maintenance and cleaning issues to the relevant department manager in a timely manner.
- May be required to fill in temporarily with other departments to support staffing levels during peak periods.
- Greet guests as they enter and leave the venue, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in guest services and communications.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent walking, climbing stairs, and lifting of up to 50 pounds.
