About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Intuit. As a key member of our Customer Experience Center of Excellence, you will play a critical role in building a robust insights infrastructure that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CX measurement frameworks, leveraging industry-leading tools and methodologies to drive data-backed decision making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric solutions, ensuring seamless customer experiences across key touchpoints.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain operational processes, data quality, reporting, and technology infrastructure, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Design and implement process improvements, automation, and development of analytic models to enhance CX measurement and analytics capabilities.
Requirements
  • 4-6+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Insights, or Voice of Customer in an IT, SAAS, or Fortune 500 Company.
  • Proven experience with CX measurement and analytics, including survey design, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
  • BA/BS required; Equivalent work experience considered; Masters Degree is a plus.
