Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Training Specialist to join our team at Ring Power Corporation. As a Technical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our employees and customers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver instructor-led training courses on technical and industry-specific subject matter.
  • Design and implement training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry developments and advancements, incorporating new knowledge and skills into training programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on technical training.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs that meet business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Training Professional (CTP).
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems, such as Caterpillar's Learning Management System.
Working Environment

This is a full-time position, with a regular work schedule and occasional requirements to work nights, holidays, and weekends. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business results.
